Alena Kudzko

Alena Kudzko is Director of European Government Affairs at Microsoft, based in Brussels, where she works on the company’s strategic relations with European institutions and stakeholders. Outside her work at Microsoft, she is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the GLOBSEC GeoTech Center, focusing on the intersection of technology, security, and European competitiveness. Before joining Microsoft, she held several senior leadership roles at GLOBSEC, a European policy organization, leading policy development and strategic initiatives on security, geopolitics, emerging technologies, and European resilience. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of its US Foundation in Washington, DC, and GeoTech Center. Her expertise spans EU affairs and transatlantic security, built over 15 years across Europe and the United States.
